We service all brands of watches and use authentic Rolex and Omega (Swatch Group) parts.

The most extensive repairs for a watch is a cleaning and overhaul. During a service, the movement (gut) is disassembled completely, stripped down to its smallest component and the parts are pre-cleaned & dried in a machine through a three-stage process.

The parts are inspected, the wheels balanced and the jewels are adjusted, then th watch goes through a final clean in our state of the art ElmaSonic VA (Vacuum Assisted). This machine removes even the smallest particles of oil and dirt through ultrasonic and Vaccuum pressure.  

Once the parts are spotless they are reassembled and lubricated. There are as many as 8 different lubricants used in the same movement depending on friction type and speed of movement.

After a complete service is completed, the watch is placed on our cutting edge timing machine (Witschi Chronoscope) and timed out to 6 positions.

The watch is then set on the final test winder and observed for 2 days while going through all positions as well as a final 2 day wind down off the winder. This process is time consuming (pun intended) but we want to make certain your time is right every time.
